The fakers' hype never has the legs it should with an evidential wind-up. That which lasts is rare, come media made concerns. Scripal's-A-Classic. Once the drums and war with sweating brows. UK politicos fit'ing about and strutting like John Wayne. Major -and- Incident.
Proof being, it took weeks and weeks, before the 'area' in Salisbury deemed safe to walk in. Plus, the sanctions. While ever the assumption, "no more doubt, those Ruskies are outlandish and rogue". Rolled out to remind us on every possible occasion. Required confession for anyone wanting to remain in our version of the politburo.
'Day will come' for answers on Skripal poisoning, police chief says yet, the last line of the article has the 'chief' unsure if the poisoned cop had previous contact with the Scripals? Progress not looking too far if this basic fact is 'uncertain'.
No one, UK-boss-wise, wants anything solved.
(Had to) watch the latest BBC on Russia. Most revealing is the interview with the host at RT. Says his conscience informs. Dimbleby looks back at the camera and smirks deep and hard. It's the look of a cynic while actually a crude, need to be the actor, for the state. Of all broadcasters, he knows the UK Govt. has the BBC in its thorough and absolute grip. Russia the state is bold and upfront for the most part in its oppression. The UK is slime behind the slick self-righteousness.
Russia-based censorship and repression should cause comparisons and UK to leap out. Talk about chucking bricks in a greenhouse. The pretend but assume psyched up for smug looks are all we get. A wants to be a believer or hard-core cynical cult member? This the dynamic; Start by believing, move to confess to the crowd. The final step is the full embrace of corruption.
British Broadcasting Corruption.
Another sick facade and make mention is the Brexit circus. (Having to) watch the news at six. Sick. Stupid, silly... sick. MPs walking out of Nos. 10 manifesting duping delight; we are all on a ride to nowhere and they are like stars on a TV talent show. Shake off the lame calls from the establishment press with the air of busy importance.
What an utter wretched sham. But hey, pay's top and the attention so... endearing. How they love the buzz. Enjoy themselves. You can see them thrilled with it. Built up by telly and the papers. That look. Nodding puppies.
Lest we forget... and we do, because the media-supposed-mainstream is our memory. More and not less, otherwise we ain't dialling in. Our thinking muscles adapting to their presentations. We're informed: What matters. Nevermind all the huff and puff, 'the world won't be the same after THIS'. It all goes down the hole.
Predictably, the memory of the event will be swept up in the gulf of blind forgetfulness and dark oblivion – especially considering the ridicule of the whole affair, since it has become quasi-official that the ex-spy and his daughter were victims of an opiates’ overdose rather than poison gas. -- writes Jimme Moglia for The Saker Blog.
Walking through the living room -- hear; It's been a bumper week for news... announcing the 8 a.m. fix. Milking this and squeezing that. Shaping with the NLP or whatever other tricky tools they deploy to mesmerise. My reckoning is it's getting hyper-hyper more ridiculous. Suppose it has to. It's what the idols demand. Bigger lies and deceptions a-coming.
All the while the alt. attention and internet-based truth-scooping is fighting discouragement at the overwhelming lack of interest. Kicked off the internet next. The new last days to identify with a fellow screamer for transparency. This is what remains, a final shout before the lights go out.
Let's lose the mainstream and call it for what is: mainlining. Sucking a pipe of glamorous crack. Slinking about puppets sounding important about what's not important. Not acceptable, not to join along. Get heated, ache and bemoan. Point our fingers at the TV screen and take serious -- what isn't. Of course... this is failing.
What happens in this crashing? The internet as a voice to challenge tyranny is over. Its decline and fall are well underway.
Will, myself -- God willing -- remain the Bible-believing hopeful, we can arise up and out. This mopey, say-nout-much post, necessary exercise. Can be what need-be, and this all any of us got. Be what we can in the crisis emerging. Part woke up with a book called 'The Long Emergency'. May we yet arise as the alarms ring and collective actions called upon.
Write to write to must.
